OTTRA members attended a meeting with Councillor Jackson along with members of other Residents Associations, leader of the East Herts District Council last Monday evening to discuss the Council's 20:20 vision.  Despite two years in the making, our members felt the vision was more than a little short-sighted.  Counsellor Jackson was pressed hard on planning issues but he was unwilling to commit the Council to following a policy through which they could make planning decisions.  Jackson was keen to keep the meeting to an hour but he invited comments to be emailed to him at anthony.jackson@eastherts.gov.uk.
